Thrive Global and OKCupid’s CEO, Ariel Charytan, talked about how to succeed in life, love, and discusses OKCupid’s new market expansion.
Ariel shared that the OkCupid platform was always about people showing their true selves and giving people the chance they deserved. And at the same time, they try to accommodate each user based on their cultural and regional aspects.
As for the future of the dating niche, Ariel said: “We match people on shared beliefs and values through thousands of personalized questions. AI has helped us with showing daters the people they would actually want to meet beyond simple attraction.”

A new survey was published by the dating and social platform for LGBTQ+ women HER.
The survey showed that 60% of respondents plan to expand their families through assisted reproductions like surrogacy or adoption.
84% of respondents admitted that they want to learn more about LGBTQ reproductive healthcare but also felt uncomfortable talking to medical professionals about fertility.
