Bumble Vulnerabilities – dating in danger

A group of researchers from the Independent Security Evaluators found that Bumble users that got blocked could get a lot of information about other users.

This event happened about 6 months ago, when researchers warned the Bumble administration that the Bumble API was not performing the necessary checks and had no restrictions, so an attacker could easily find a lot of information about users.

And it took them about 6 months to solve the problem.

Chipotle starts collaboration with Hinge

ChipotleUber Eats, and Hinge are collaborating to improve date eating habits.

Every Hinge user would receive $20 off first 3 Chipotle orders through Uber Eats.

Hinge becomes Tinder’s rival

Hinge reported an 82% rise in app downloads.

Yubo is a French startup app and is a Tinder for youth under 25. The application received a lot of attention and gathered about 40 million users.

The startup recently acquired $ 47.5 million in Series C funding. The Yubo administration wants to spend the money to expand the headquarters and improve the app. They now have offices with 30 employees in Paris, London, Jacksonville and plan to open a branch in New York.
