Working professional-focused dating app Betterhalf.ai raises $500K seed fund

Indian Dating Site Betterhalf Has Raised $8.5 Million

The marriage platform Betterhalf was founded in 2017. The company was able to raise $8.5 million in a Series A round by Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, Dropbox co-founder Arash Ferdowsi and others.

Within six months, the team doubled its revenue, reaching an annual revenue of $2.5 million with 1 million monthly active users.

Bumble Offers Roadmap to Fight Misogyny in AI

Bumble Vice President and Head of Global Public Policy explains how the dating platform addresses the problem of unethical use of AI. He advised users to have a say in the creation of new media. Bumble has worked with the AI Partnership, a non-profit coalition dedicated to the ethical use of AI.

Bumble has long been helping to fight online misogyny. So, the application created its own AI detection tool. This option reduces the spread of unwanted obscene images, open source.
