Bumble and Barbie Partner Up.
Bumble and Barbie team up to offer character suggestions for the ‘Compliments’ feature on the Bumble app, allowing users to connect before matching.
Users will see suggestions from the film characters, running until July 26th. The newly added Compliments feature enables users to respond to prompts or photos from potential matches, with 75% of respondents saying compliments make them more interested, promoting healthy connections and relationships.
This collaboration follows previous partnerships between Bumble and Warner Bros, promoting films and the HBO streaming service.

Vinylly: Music-Based AI Dating App.
Vinylly, the dating app, employs AI technology to connect users based on their musical preferences. By analyzing users’ streaming music data and habits, the app aims to discover compatible matches. CEO Rachel Van Nortwick emphasizes that matching individuals based on shared music interests goes beyond superficial swiping, fostering deeper connections. As users continue
50% of Male Online Daters Open to Matching with Single Mothers
According to a recent eharmony survey, 52% of men surveyed expressed their willingness to enter a relationship with someone who has children. On the other hand, 61% of female online daters held a positive perception of single fathers, perceiving them as more committed to relationships. Moreover, 63% of single parents believed that dating someone who also has children would be easier. Interestingly, 70% of single parents were found to expect their new partner to act as a role model for their children.
These findings indicate that having children does not deter online daters and that there is a significant openness towards dating individuals with children.
